1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to JC Tire Shop. By using our website (https://jctireshop.net), placing an order, or visiting our shop at 2544 Lapalco Blvd, Harvey, LA 70058, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and JC Tire Shop. We may update them from time to time, so check this page when you place a new order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or open an account. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under Louisiana law.

3. Your Account

If you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate name, email, phone, and vehicle information.
• Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Let us know right away at (504) 381-4908 if you think someone else has accessed your account.

4. Placing an Order

We sell brand-new tires in stock at our local Harvey-area warehouse. Placing an order is simple:

1. Browse our catalog and add the tires you want to your cart.
2. Check out and pay in full via Stripe (credit or debit card).
3. You receive an order confirmation by email.

Your order is final once Stripe confirms payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if pricing was clearly listed in error, the tire is unexpectedly out of stock, or we suspect fraud — in those cases you receive a full refund.

5. Fulfillment

Because every tire we sell is already in our local inventory, fulfillment is fast:

• After payment, our team pulls your tires from the warehouse.
• We mount and balance them on your wheels at no extra cost.
• Orders are typically ready for pickup the next business day after purchase.
• We notify you by text or phone call as soon as your vehicle is ready.

6. Payment

Online orders: You pay the full amount at checkout through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. There is no deposit, no balance due at pickup, and no surprise fees — the price you see at checkout includes mount and balance.

Walk-in purchases: We accept cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, CashApp, and Venmo at the shop.

7. Pickup Window

Tires must be picked up at our shop in Harvey, LA. We do not ship. When you come in, please bring:

• A valid photo ID.
• Your order number (from your confirmation email or our ready-for-pickup notification).

Please pick up your order within 14 days of the ready-for-pickup notification. If you need more time, just give us a call at (504) 381-4908 — our team is reasonable and we will work something out.

8. Cancellation

Before we mount your tires: Call us as soon as you change your mind and we will issue a full refund to your original card. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 3 to 5 business days (Stripe’s standard processing time).

After we mount your tires: Once the tires are mounted and balanced, they are committed to your vehicle and cannot be resold as new. We can offer the value as store credit toward a future purchase, but not a cash refund.

9. Warranty

Every new tire we sell is covered by:

• The manufacturer’s warranty that ships with the tire (varies by brand and model).
• Our own 7-day defect protection from the pickup date — if a tire shows a manufacturing defect, we will refund or exchange it on the spot.

Damage caused by road hazards, misuse, underinflation, or improper installation by a third party is not covered. See the Warranty page for full details.

10. Intellectual Property

The JC Tire Shop name, logo, photos, and site content are owned by JC Tire Shop or our partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You can, of course, share product links with friends.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Louisiana law:

• JC Tire Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.
• Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
• New tires are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty plus our 7-day defect protection (see Warranty). We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation by a third party, road hazards, misuse, or normal wear.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a problem, please contact us first — most issues are resolved with a quick phone call. If we cannot work it out informally, both sides agree to attempt good-faith mediation before filing suit. Class actions are not permitted under these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our business or the law. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
