1. Order Cancellation
We sell brand-new tires from our local Harvey-area warehouse. Orders are typically ready the next business day after purchase because there is no supplier wait — the tires are already in stock.
Before we mount: If you change your mind before our team mounts the tires onto your wheels (usually within a few hours of the order), call us and we will issue a full refund to your original card. No restocking fee, no questions asked.
After we mount: Once the tires are mounted and balanced on your wheels, they are committed to your vehicle and can no longer be resold as new. In this case we cannot offer a cash refund, but we can apply the value as store credit toward a future purchase.
If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, you always get a full refund.
2. Defective Tires
Every new tire we sell is covered by a 7-day defect window from the pickup date. If a tire shows a manufacturing defect — sidewall bubble, belt separation, abnormal vibration not caused by wheel issues, or air loss not caused by a puncture — bring it back and we will:
- Inspect the tire on the spot, and
- Issue a 100% refund or a free exchange for an equivalent tire.
Beyond 7 days, defects are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty that comes with every new tire. We will help you file the claim — just bring the tire and your receipt to the shop.
3. Damage From Use
Tire damage from road use is not covered by returns or refunds. This includes:
- Nails, screws, and other punctures.
- Sidewall cuts, curb rash, and impact damage.
- Wear from underinflation, misalignment, or overloading.
- Any damage caused by misuse or off-road driving.
The good news: most punctures are repairable. We offer $20 patch repairs at the shop — come on by and we will take a look.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Call us at (504) 381-4908 or stop by the shop during business hours.
- Have your order number or receipt ready.
- If the issue is a defect, bring the tire(s) so our team can inspect them.
- We will let you know on the spot whether the refund is approved and what the amount will be.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe back to the original card used at checkout. Once we issue the refund on our end, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement — this is Stripe’s standard card-network processing time, not a delay on our end.
For walk-in purchases paid by cash, Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo, refunds are returned through the same method, usually the same day.
If a refund has not arrived after 7 business days, give us a call and we will check on it.
