How does ordering work?
It is a simple 4-step flow, start to finish:
- Search by tire size or vehicle (year/make/model) on our site.
- Pick the tire you want and add it to your cart.
- Pay in full at checkout through Stripe — no deposit, no balance later. Mounting and balancing are already included.
- We text or call you when your tires are mounted and ready (next business day). Drive in, drive out — nothing more to pay.
How long until my tires are ready?
Your tires are typically ready the next business day after you place your order. We stock our inventory in a local warehouse about 5 miles from the shop, so we can pull, mount, and balance your tires quickly. We will text or call you as soon as the car is ready for pickup.
Do you offer mounting and balancing?
Yes — and it is included for free with every online order. Every set comes mounted, balanced, and ready to drive at no extra charge. Old tire disposal is also included. See our Services page for the full list.
What payment methods do you accept?
For online orders, we accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
For walk-in purchases at the shop, we also accept cash and debit/credit cards.
What if my size isn’t listed?
Give us a call at (504) 381-4908 or message us on WhatsApp. We can usually special order odd or hard-to-find sizes through our network within a few business days. If we can’t get it, we will tell you straight up so you can shop elsewhere — no point in wasting your time.
What brands do you carry?
We carry brand-new tires from premium and value manufacturers, including:
- Michelin
- Goodyear
- BFGoodrich
- Westlake
- Celimo
- And many more
Every tire we sell is brand-new and stocked locally — never used, never refurbished.
Is there a warranty on the tires?
Yes. Every tire we sell is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty — typically 2 to 6 years or a specific mileage rating, depending on the brand and model. We also stand behind our installation: if there is a defect or an issue with mounting or balancing, bring the car back and we will make it right. Full details on the Warranty page.
What if a tire doesn’t fit my car?
If we mounted the tire and it doesn’t fit, bring the car back — that’s on us and we will swap it at no charge. If the tire is unmounted and unused, you can return it within 7 days (see Returns). If a third-party shop mounted it incorrectly, we can’t cover that, but we can usually help diagnose what went wrong.
Can I just walk in instead of ordering online?
Absolutely. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. Ordering online just guarantees the exact size and brand you want will be mounted, balanced, and ready the next business day. If we have your size in stock at the shop, you can buy and install same day.
Do you ship tires?
No — we are local pickup only. All orders are picked up at our shop at 2544 Lapalco Blvd, Harvey, LA 70058. We serve the Greater New Orleans area: Harvey, Marrero, Gretna, Algiers, New Orleans, Westwego, and surrounding communities.
