How Pickup Works
JC Tire Shop is a brick-and-mortar shop in Harvey, Louisiana. Every order is paid in full at online checkout and picked up in person at our location — we do not ship tires. Because we stock our inventory locally in our Harvey warehouse, your tires are ready the next business day after you order. Free mount and balance is included at no extra cost when you pick up.
Here’s the flow:
- Order online and pay in full at checkout.
- We pull your tires from our local warehouse and have them ready for mount the next business day.
- You receive a text or email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Come by during pickup hours — we mount and balance on the spot, and you drive away.

Pickup Hours
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
We will text or email you as soon as your order is ready — usually the next business day after purchase.
Directions & Parking
We’re right on Lapalco Boulevard, easy to find from the Westbank Expressway and the General De Gaulle Drive area. There is free customer parking right in front of the shop. Pull up, come on in.
What to Bring
Your order is already paid in full — there is nothing due at pickup. Just bring:
- A valid photo ID (driver’s license is fine).
- Your name and order number from the confirmation email.
- Your vehicle, so we can mount and balance the tires for you while you’re here.
Pickup Window
Please pick up your order within 14 days of the “ready for pickup” notification. If you need more time, just call us at (504) 381-4908 and let us know — we’re reasonable and will work with you.
